trendsetting in solana

A stark difference between clean architecture and the usage of raw materials is one of the first things that grabs your attention in this home perched in the hills of Solana Beach.  This one story, 5,000 sq. ft. home with it's 12 foot ceilings features clean white walls.  The oversize sliding doors and the patina teak floors throughout creates dramatic volume and durability for a growing family.  The customization throughout this home is found in unique features such as the backsplash with sliding marble slabs to reveal hidden storage and the oversize patina steel fireplace with sliding steel doors all integrated.
